A. Right of withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal for ordered and delivered goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zuzana Keller Art, Zuzana Keller, Wiesenweg 5, 86845 Großaitingen, Germany, Tel.: 01625997619, E-Mail: zuzanakellerart@gmail.com or info@zuzanakellerart.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2. Withdrawal from individually created animal portraits
For individually created commissioned works by Zuzana Keller Art, upon receipt of the commissioned work, you have the option to request a refund of 30% of the order value if you are not satisfied with the created animal portrait. However, this is only possible on the condition that you return the commissioned work to us undamaged within two weeks of receipt. After the artwork has been reviewed by Zuzana Keller, the 30% refund will be processed within the next two weeks. For individually created works, the full purchase price cannot be refunded due to the associated effort (time, material costs) of the artist.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
